Sorry I don't massage babies. But according to some studies massaging babies will encourage speedy growth.
Neck should be massaged tenderly as too many nerves, blood vessels and tender muscles concentrated there.

Some photos to give you some ideas...

Customer's Etiquets

After servicing few hundreds customers over the last few months I sincerely would like to advise new and old customers on their etiquets and preparation before meeting and while with their masseurs.  This is to avoid any dissatisfaction between you and your masseurs.  Massage is a profession and masseurs deserve to be respected.

Timely Appointment
Be on time. Please do not be late for appointment. You will make the masseur agitated and its your loss.  Prior to the appointment please find out exactly where the place is....call or Google it. You being late will result in your masseurs loosing other customers ...so be considerate. If you have no choice but to be late..then please call and inform.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment please do it in advance. Don't let the masseur halfway to your place or waiting somewhere and call him that you can't make it. Would you like people to do it to you? Surely not. This may be considered thoughtless and inconsiderate.  The masseur is paid for their time and energy...just like you too.

Basic Hygene
Clean yourself before a massage. Take a shower if you must.  There is nothing worse can happen to masseurs than massaging a customer smelling of BO and dried urine. Unless that is the image you want to portray ...the masseur can simply walk out on you. Don't get insulted if the masseurs pull out their gloves and gave you a sour face...you should know what it's all about.

Be Frank
Yes the masseur need to know should you have any problem with your body.  Tell him where is the pain or where is painful.  They are there to help you to make you better and you are paying them. Inform him if your massage is too hard, too soft, to harsh or whatever..it is your right.  If he doesn't adjust the just simply walk out after few minutes but not at the end of the massage though!

Be Friendly
Just because you are paying the masseur some money it doesn't mean you own them. No, you cannot assumed masseurs will entertain all your whims and fancies. Just because you last masseur massaged you topless it doesn't mean that other masseurs will do it too. You ARE a nice reasonable person, right?

Be Fair
If you think that your had a damn good massage then tip your masseur.  He charged you over a standard rate but then he gave you more than a standard massage....you do not want to show your appreciation?  He for sure would appreciate you more and next time there will be no question that you will get even better than the last. But whatever it is paying him the agreed rate is always good enough.

Galavanting
Your choice of masseurs is your right and decision.  But please do not be pathetic by saying to the masseur that you can a cheaper massage elsewhere and ask for discount.  Your boss probably knew he can get better staff than you...but did he ask you to discount your salary? Masseurs will always try to please customer, it is a customer oriented business.  The charges always to commensurate their expertise, their PR, their experience and their other costs.  If you picked up a masseur who gave you a terrible massage and more sex oriented service, then it was your choice for having to pay unnecessarily more.

So there you go my valued customers...straight from the job.  On how the masseurs should behave I can't really comment.  You should know what you are looking for and dealing with.
